Victor J. Kipp

Victor J. Kipp is a Nevada-licensed Broker Salesperson with Rothwell Gornt Companies and a member of The Crighton ~ Rinaldi Team. With three years of experience in Nevada real estate, Victor has already completed 30 transactions representing both buyers and sellers. Victor brings a client-focused approach grounded in professionalism, negotiation, and service. 

Victor holds several National Association of REALTORS® certifications and designations, including At Home With Diversity® (AHWD™), Military Relocation Professional (MRP™), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), Resort and Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS™), and Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR®). These credentials reflect his commitment to continuing education and serving clients with a broad range of real estate needs. 

Originally from Rhinecliff, New York, Victor earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY. His professional background is further distinguished by 14 years of service in the United States Army, where he achieved the rank of Captain. During his military career, Victor served on multiple rotations supporting U.S. Army Central Command where he managed multiple government contracts. 

Victor brings leadership, discipline, communication skills, and attention to detail developed during his military career into his real estate practice. Whether assisting buyers in finding the right property or
helping sellers navigate the market, he strives to provide informed guidance and dependable representation throughout the transaction. 

Outside of real estate, Victor enjoys baseball, football, and classic movies and television. He values the relationships built through both his military and real estate careers and enjoys bringing that same sense of commitment and service to the clients and communities he works with. 

Victor has been married to Victoria Verenzuela-Kipp since 2020. Together they have two children, Lorenzo Richard Kipp (2 years), and Luciana Isabel Kipp (5 months)
